During my recent stay, I loved the friendly and professional staff who ensured a pleasant experience. The cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel surprised me, especially for its reasonable price. However, the elevator wait times were frustrating at times.

The front desk staff demonstrated genuine hospitality. Kemari's friendly demeanor made our stay feel like visiting old friends. The kids enjoyed the pool, although it had limited hours due to local regulations that felt overly restrictive. The breakfast was excellent, featuring delicious made-to-order options and fresh fruit. However, the lifeguard's lack of attentiveness at the pool raised safety concerns during our stay.

Great experience in the queen room with two queen beds. It had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a tea/coffee maker. The bathroom included free toiletries and a hairdryer. Loved the indoor swimming pool and fitness center to unwind. Breakfast featured warm cookies that were a sweet touch!

Spacious room with a comfortable bed provided a decent space to unwind after a long day. The fitness center offered a variety of equipment including cardio machines and weights, perfect for keeping up with workouts during my stay.

Unfortunately, the elevator situation was a hassle, with one out of service, resulting in a long wait for the other. This made navigating the six floors a real chore, especially with luggage. Additionally, the indoor pool was too cold for a proper dip, which was disappointing. I also faced some challenges when it came to requesting information about the local area, which could have been better communicated.

The pool and fitness center are well-maintained, and I was thoroughly impressed by the housekeeping staff's dedication. Sleeping here was a breeze.

However, I did encounter a few issues. The tub drained slowly, and housekeeping hadn’t fixed the torn curtains. Although the staff was generally helpful, I felt let down by the missing makeup mirror and the poor lighting. Despite these inconveniences, I still found the stay enjoyable overall.
