the friendliness of all the staff. the convenience of the shuttle they have to pick you up at the metro station and take you around within 5 miles.

we requested use of refrigerator/microwave. they brought it to the room but did not plug it and it was very difficult when opening or closing it, due to the carpet - they should have used under it something to make it higher than the rug

the staff and the lounge were awesome

the mattress was so uncomfortable we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn for our two week business trip in August 2012

Great Location for the price, great event space and great customer service.

The hotel is old but a Hilton so we expected the facilities to be nicer. The hotel and the rooms have this got and muggy fit to the room. There no ventations in the rooms so when turning the a/c to 65 it still feels hot and warm.

Everything was good, but not Hilton quality

Had to ask for a refrigerator in a bedroom that had a spot for it, no microwave, vending area on floor had no drinks or snacks, stay was nice, but nothing to write home about, did not know other than the name I was at a Hilton.

The bed was great . Clean.

No Fridge, or microwave, plus 2 bath towels.... really.... we ladies need one for our body and one for our hair...2 people in the room needs at least 4.... No hair dryer....I had to ask for one from housekeeping. Ice machine was out of order. so we had to go to another floor for ice... I'm also used to having breakfast included ...Had a clean nice room...but I will be more informed before I stay again.

The location of the hotel (within Gaithersburg) and in comparison to other hotels the price of the room was good. However, when I arrived at 1 AM they told me that they have no room for me anymore (I paid in advance!). How this can be? It seemed to me, and even on the next day (they organized for me another room in another hotel close to it), that the person a front desk are not really qualified. The next time I will not go anymore for that hotel.

No we are used to a very firm mattress, but overall we slept well.

Very disappointed with coordination between Booked.net and the hotel. I booked a King room and was given one with two doubles. Took 25 minutes to find an appropriate room, and in the event, it was an accessible room, with a significantly less comfortable bathroom. Requested extra towels and pillows. Request was not honored or acknowledged. In the end, desk clerk blamed Booked.net, explaining that things would have been fine if I had made the request on Hilton.com. The experience, far from being seamless, was miserable. I travel frequently for business, and the clerk is right - I never have problems when I book directly with hotel websites. I'm going to have to seriously consider whether I will use a service like Booked.net again. Whatever cost savings there were, they were more than overcome in terms of inconvenience and aggravation.

The restaurant had the best sausage I've ever eaten and the staff was amazing.

They didn't have my room I booked 4 months ago. They didn't have keys when I checked in... It was not comfortable Maid didn't do a good job cleaning between days of my stay I was put in the basement by the pool and it smelled horrible.

I loved the happy hour greeting. I had a long day and it was just what i needed. Such a pleasant surprise. Thank you!
